Ecosystems are built by ecosystems.

Hubs, accelerators, and community organisers are the ground floor of African innovation. We work alongside them to share tools, compare evidence, and shape better support for founders.

What we run

Operator Network — peer convenings, open-source playbooks, cohort templates, and capacity grants built with and for African hub operators.

Founder Network — a private peer community for African founders with monthly calls, small stage-based circles, and always-on member support.

Capacity support — small, targeted grants for hubs in under-served cities and regions, paired with technical assistance.

Why it matters

Most founder support in Africa is delivered locally, by organisations that operate with limited resources and little cross-border coordination. Strengthening the hub layer has outsized returns on the broader ecosystem — without this tier, policy and capital have nowhere to land.

How to engage

If you run a hub, accelerator, or founder community: the Operator Network is open year-round for applications.

If you are a founder building from or for Africa: the Founder Network is accepting members now.

If you fund hubs: we can help you design grants that strengthen the operator layer without creating dependency.

If you are a policy-maker: we publish the most comprehensive directory of African hubs and can help you understand what is happening in your market.
